  Love Big Purple Dot. It literally does the equivalent of the work of an additional person in our business. It's easy to learn. It's a filing system and a marketing department all in one. It gives you that bird's eye view on your business you can't see when you are deep in the weeds. "Hey, what's up with all those 60-day leads and how many of them were there any way?" done with the touch of a button. We thought we could function without something like this to save $, but we were wrong. We make enough back on just what we would have missed following up on without Purple Dot to more than pay for this managing as many leads as we do. Support is excellent and immediate (thank you Jarrod Merryman) and the tasks and drips have brought in business long past when we would have given up hope on the lead. Our only regret is we didn't do this years ago. We checked out a lot of these and almost went with a lower priced one, but this is worth every penny. It's not an extra expense, it's the investment you need to make if you want to grow.
