  This is the first storage company that's left me feeling nauseated after every conversation with the manager. Barbara may have other attributes, but working cooperatively with customers is not one of them. It's not a typical "bait and switch" joint, but the steep and quick price rises after the introductory offers make the unpleasantness of dealing with Barbara even more magnified.
